Seller’s inspection- Before you put your home on the market let a professional go beyond the obvious to the problems only a well trained, experienced professional would recognize. Don’t guess on how much allowance you will give for repairs at the bargaining table, make repairs on your schedule at the lowest cost using your own contractors. Then when a prospective buyer’s inspector does their inspection there are fewer objections to buying.
New Construction pre-closing - Let BullsEye inspect after the builder’s superintendent says it’s ready to “move in”. We almost always have items to add to that final punch list, giving you an immediate return on your investment and making for a more pleasant move-in experience.
New Construction 1 year warranty inspection – Before that builder’s subcontractors walk into the sunset, get a comprehensive list on all the things big and small that need to addressed before the 1 year warranty most subcontractors have expires. The roof, HVAC system, plumbing and electrical and appliances all need to be checked. We constantly find problems that make our clients glad they called a professional, since after the 1 year anniversary, the repair cost is the responsibility of the homeowner.

* Due to the health and safety issues associated with these systems they should be inspected by a properly licensed technician, able to diagnose problems and offer solutions.
**BullsEye will arrange for the licensed Pest Control Applicator of your choice to perform a wood destroying insect (termite) report at the same time the home inspection occurs, if possible. The inspection request will be made in your name with the company you choose as a courtesy to you. BullsEye is not a licensed pest control applicator and receives NO COMPENSATION for this service. Fees are quoted only by the Pest Control Applicator, and you must pay their fee to them, separately from BullsEye’s Home Inspection fee.
